Not long ago, some fans mentioned that the quality of our individual wrapping wasn’t that what they expected. Although the glue closures have been produced by specialists, they unfortunately didn’t hold the wrapping together. One reason may have been the tension of the wrapping. Another has definitely been the high temperatures during printing-process, which diminished the glue’s adhesive properties.
So we had to find an alternative.
For quite some time now, we have been printing our wrappings through a professional printing house using digital printing. For company-customers it was also possible to use offset printing in excess of 500 wrappings.
Entirely new, is that we are using wrappings completely without glue. A special fold and insert method makes sure, that the packing will stay together.
We are really convinced by this innovation. We want to thank all fans for their advice that helped us to improve our packaging methods.
